Ambassador of Belarus V.Brylev meets the Chairman of the National Assembly of Serbia

On May 11, 2021, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Serbia Valery Brylev met with Chairman of the National Assembly of Serbia Ivica Dacic.
During the conversation, the high level of Belarusian-Serbian relations was noted and the commitment of the two countries to strengthen friendly ties and mutually beneficial cooperation was reaffirmed.
The parties expressed interest in intensifying interstate contacts. In order to develop inter-parliamentary dialogue Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia I.Daсiс confirmed the invitation to the senior officials of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus to visit Serbia.
During the meeting the prospects for deepening the trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Serbia, including the possibilities for the implementation of joint projects, were discussed.
Other issues of bilateral cooperation were also considered, including mutual support within the framework of international organizations.
The interlocutors expressed their readiness to make the necessary efforts to effectively promote the entire range of Belarusian-Serbian relations.
