Export duties

In the Republic of Belarus, a number of regulatory legal acts are in force that establish rates of export customs duties on goods exported from the territory of the Republic of Belarus beyond the customs territory of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union:

—  Potash fertilizers – Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 400 of September 5, 2013;

— Rapeseed seeds – Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 272 of May 21, 2010;

— Timber – Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 305 of August 5, 2021, and Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1009 of December 24, 2024;

— Raw hides and tanned leather – Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 40 of February 1, 2011;

— Oil and petroleum products – Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 716 of December 31, 2010, and Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1932 of December 31, 2010.
