Ambassador of Belarus V.Baranovsky meets the Minister of External Trade and Foreign Investments of Cuba

On 29 January, 2025 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Cuba, Valery Baranovsky, met with the Minister of External Trade and Foreign Investments of the Republic of Cuba, Oscar Perez-Oliva Fraga.


The parties discussed the status and prospects for enhancing Belarusian-Cuban co-operation in trade and economy. Particular attention was paid to the development of industrial cooperation through the establishment of joint ventures, as well as the search for possible areas to increase mutual supplies. In addition, they discussed preparations for the 12th meeting of the Belarusian-Cuban Joint Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, which is scheduled to be held in Havana in the second quarter of 2025.
