First Deputy Minister S.Lukashevich expresses condolences in connection with the devastating earthquake in Myanmar

On March 31, 2025 the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Sergey Lukashevich, visited the Consulate General of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and left a record in the book of condolences in connection with the numerous human casualties resulting from the devastating earthquake in Myanmar.
"It is impossible to imagine the full scale and assess the consequences of the tragedy that has befallen the beleaguered Myanmar people. We send words of support and consolation to the families of the victims, words of hope and courage to all those who are waiting for news about the fate of missing relatives and friends.
In these difficult days for all the people of Myanmar, please know that Belarus fully supports your country in its efforts to overcome the consequences of the disaster.
