Ambassador of Belarus A.Kalinin meets the Prime Minister of Moldova

On February 18, 2022, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Moldova, Anatoly Kalinin, met with the Prime Minister of Moldova Natalia Gavrilița.

During the conversation, the parties noted the high level of development of the Belarusian-Moldovan cooperation in trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other areas.
Plans to organize joint events in 2022 dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries were discussed.
A special attention was paid to the activities of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Moldovan Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation, in particular, the organization of its next meeting this year in Minsk. The interlocutors also expressed their readiness to facilitate the launch of air and rail passenger traffic between the two countries.
As a result of the meeting, an agreement to continue the constructive interaction in all areas of Belarusian-Moldovan cooperation was reached.
