Ambassador of Belarus P.Utyupin meets the Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan

On December 21, 2025 on the occasion of the completion of the diplomatic mission in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Kazakhstan, Pavel Utyupin, met with the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu. 

The parties discussed the current situation and prospects of cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan. They noted with satisfaction the positive dynamics of the development of Belarusian-Kazakhstan relations in all areas. The interlocutors also noted the existing significant potential for further enhancing interaction in priority areas of cooperation.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan M.Nurtleu, on behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, presented to the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus, Pavel Utyupin, the Commendation for efficient and active work, great contribution to strengthening friendship and strategic partnership between our countries, as well as the «Barys» breastplate. 

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan also expressed words of gratitude to the Ambassador of Belarus for many years of work and significant contribution to strengthening bilateral relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan. 

In turn, P.Utyupin thanked the Kazakhstan side for the high assessment of his work, assistance and support provided during the period of his powers.
