Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Aleinik meets the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia

On March 21, 2023 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus concurrently, Abdulrahman Suleiman Al Ahmad.
During the meeting, topical issues on the agenda of the Belarusian-Saudi relations were discussed. Special attention was paid to the development of the political dialogue, prospects of expanding trade and economic cooperation as well as investment interaction.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus underscored that given the traditionally friendly the Belarusian-Saudi relations, the Republic of Belarus has decided to support Saudi Arabia as the host of the World Expo-2030 exhibition. The sides expressed confidence that this significant international event will be organized at a high level in Riyadh and that Belarus will contribute to its success.
