Telephone Conversation between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia

On June 30, 2024 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maksim Ryzhenkov, had a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov.
The Foreign Ministers discussed the busy schedule of Belarusian-Russian contacts at the highest and high levels. The Ministers exchanged views on the current issues of bilateral cooperation, union integration and topical international problems.
Special attention was paid to the interaction between Belarus and Russia with various international organisations.
Sergey Lavrov congratulated Maksim Ryzhenkov on his appointment as Foreign Minister and wished him success in his new responsible role.
