Ambassador of Belarus L.Marinich meets the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan

On January 21, 2025 on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Leonid Marinich, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects of bilateral cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Uzbekistan. The interlocutors noted with satisfaction the positive dynamics of the development of Belarusian-Uzbek relations in all areas. At the same time, they also noted the existing significant potential for further enhancing bilateral cooperation in priority areas, including in trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.

The head of the Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan thanked the Ambassador of Belarus for his significant contribution over the years towards enhancing friendly ties between Belarus and Uzbekistan.
