Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets the Ambassador of Serbia

On March 30, 2018 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, held a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Serbia to the Republic of Belarus, Velko Kovacevic.
The sides discussed the results of the Belarusian-Serbian cooperation in 2017. The parties noted stable positive dynamics of bilateral political contacts and the active development of trade and economic cooperation between Belarus and Serbia. The sides reached agreements to continue work on joint projects in various fields, with an emphasis on increasing the practical impact of their implementation.
During the discussion of the situation around Kosovo, V.Makei confirmed the unchanged position of the Republic of Belarus regarding territorial integrity of the Republic of Serbia and stressed the readiness to continue supporting the Serbian side at various international venues.
