Our foreign policy is multi-directed seeking to build partnerships all across the globe.
Our key priorities are Russia, other post-Soviet states – the CIS partners, European Union, countries of the South, Americas, and international organizations.
We have diplomatic relations with 174 nations, with diplomatic posts in 56 countries.
We are party to around 3900 treaties, of which over 2200 are bilateral and around 1650 are multilateral.
Dialogue, equal partnership and non-discrimination are at the heart of our foreign policy.
