Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus E.Shestakov holds meeting at the MFA of Uruguay

On November 25, 2016 during the visit to the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Evgeny Shestakov, held a meeting with the Director General (Deputy Minister) for Political Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uruguay, Enrique Loedel.

During the meeting, the sides discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation in political, trade and economic spheres, interaction within international organizations, exchanged views on current issues on the international agenda.

The sides confirmed the mutual commitment to strengthen the legal framework of cooperation, as well as to sign agreements on trade and economic cooperation, on the promotion and mutual protection of investments and visa-free travel agreement for holders of ordinary passports.
