Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Aleinik meets the Ambassador of Kazakhstan

On June 6, 2024 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Belarus, Permanent Representative to the CIS Charter Bodies, Yerlan Baizhanov, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission to the Republic of Belarus.
The interlocutors reaffirmed the high level of friendly relations between Belarus and Kazakhstan, as well as mutual interest in further development of dialogue in various spheres, and noted the focus on ensuring positive dynamics of trade and economic cooperation.
The parties noted the effective interaction within the framework of multilateral organisations, including the EAEU, the CIS, and CSTO and SCO, which Kazakhstan chairs.
The Minister thanked the Ambassador for his personal contribution to strengthening Belarusian-Kazakh relations, efforts to intensify political contacts and expand trade and economic ties.
