National Exposition of Belarus at “AGRA” exhibition in Slovenia

On August 20-25, 2016 Gornja Radgona (Republic of Slovenia) is hosting International Exhibition of Agriculture and Food “AGRA-2016”. National Exposition of the Republic of Belarus at the exhibition presents Belarusian enterprises of the concern “Belneftekhim”, Minsk Tractor Plant, Gomselmash, JSC “Minsk Krystall Group”, JSC “Savushkin product”, JV “Santa Bremor”.

Within framework of the official opening of “AGRA, the National Exposition of Belarus was attended by the Prime Minister of Slovenia, Miro Cerar, who appraised the high quality of the Belarusian products.

On  August 22, 2016 a presentation of the Republic of Belarus was organized by “Belinterexpo” (operator of the National Exposition) and the Embassy of Belarus in Hungary and Slovenia with participations of representatives of Slovenian and Hungarian companies and business associations. Export and investment opprtunities of Belarus were presented at the event. After the presentation, B2B negotiations were held and a number of contracts on delivery of Belarusian goods were signed.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Slovenia, Alexander Khainouski, did a presentation on perspectives of cooperation between Belarus and Slovenia.

During the Exhibition, the Ambassador of Belarus met with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food of Slovenia, Tanja Strniša. The sides discussed further cooperation in the sphere of agriculture  between our countries.

On August 23, a separate B2B event with a participation of Belarusian enterprises was held.
