On the Working Visit of Mr.Vladimir Semashko, First Deputy Prime-Minister of Belarus, to Ukraine

On June 13, 2013 Mr.Vladimir Semashko, First Deputy Prime-Minister of Belarus, was on a working visit to Ukraine.
Mr.Vladimir Semashko made a report on the prospects of bilateral trade and economic relations development during the panel discussion “Government Program of promoting the economy of Ukraine in 2013 – 2014” at the Business Conference «АВС: Ukraine & Partners».
Mr.Vladimir Semashko held negotiations with Mr.Sergei Arbuzov, First Vice Prime-Minister of Ukraine, Chairman of the Ukrainian part of Belarus-Ukraine Joint Committee on trade and economic cooperation.
The Belarusian delegation included Mr.Ivan Demidovich, First Deputy Minister of Industry, Mr.Ivan Shunko, Deputy Minister of Finance, and Mr.Victor Karankevich, Deputy Minister of Energy.
During the negotiations the parties discussed further development of bilateral trade and new cooperation projects in industry, transport and agriculture, as well as other issues of Belarus-Ukraine interaction.
