Ambassador of Belarus V.Chushev pays a working visit to the Serbian Autonomous Province of Vojvodina

On August 19, 2016 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Serbia, Vladimir Chushev, paid a working visit to the Serbian Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.
In the course of the visit to Novi Sad, Ambassador of Belarus met with the Chairman of the Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, Igor Mirovich.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of interregional Belarusian-Serbian interaction in various fields of mutual interest.
The sides agreed to sign the Agreement on cooperation between the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina and the Gomel region.
The parties also considered the implementation of joint projects in the sphere of trade, economic and cultural cooperation.
During the visit, V.Chushev also held a meeting with the leadership of the Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina. During the meeting, sides discussed issues of economic collaboration between Belarus and Serbia.
