Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Rybakov visits Bahrain

On November 27-28, 2016 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Valentin Rybakov, paid a visit to the city of Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain.
At the same time, Manama hosted a regular round of Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Bahrain. Bahraini delegation was headed by the Undersecretary for International Affairs of the MFA, Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa.
The sides discussed the current state and prospects for bilateral cooperation, improvement of the legal framework, as well as the recent developments in the region and on the international arena. Special attention was paid to the development of cooperation within international organizations.
V.Rybakov also met with the Chair of the Chamber of Commerce of Bahrain, Khalid Abdulrahman Khalil Almoayed. During the meeting, the parties confirmed willingness to enhance business cooperation, including the facilitation of visits of representatives of business circles of the two countries.
