On the Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Mr.Vladimir Makei with the Minister of Agriculture and Water Recourses of the Regional Iraqi Kurdistan Government

On October 31, 2014 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Mr.Vladimir Makei met with the Minister of Agriculture and Water Recourses of the Regional Iraqi Kurdistan Government Mr.Abdulsattar Majeed in the course of his visit to Belarus.

During the meeting the sides discussed the ways to intensify the cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and Kurdish Autonomy, as well as sources of increasing mutual turnover. 

Mr.Abdulsattar Majeed highly estimated the potential of Belarus especially in agricultural sphere, and expressed his interest to use Belarussian expertise and technology for developing agriculture in Kurdistan region.
