Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus E.Shestakov meets the Minister of State for Livestock of Uganda

On September 5, 2025 the Deputy Minster of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Evgeny Shestakov, met with the Minister of State for Livestock of the Republic of Uganda, Bright Rwamirama, who is visiting our country at the head of the delegation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Uganda.
They discussed current issues on the Belarusian-Ugandan agenda, events and visits for the near future.
The main emphasis was placed on the practical implementation of the intergovernmental Memorandum on cooperation in the field of food security, signed during the official visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus to Uganda in February 2025. The parties agreed to facilitate the earliest possible launch of joint projects within the framework of this document.
