Statement of the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus in connection with the terror attacks in Egypt
01 July 2015With deep pain the Republic of Belarus has learnt the news of the death of Prosecutor General of the Arab Republic of Egypt Hisham Barakat and terror attacks in Northern Sinai, which led to numerous casualties among the military personnel and civilians.
The Belarusian side strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and supports the efforts of the Egyptian authorities to combat this threat.
We express our deep condolences to the Government of Egypt, families and friends of those killed and wish a speedy recovery to all the victims of the terror attacks.
