Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov meets the State Secretary of the Union State

On 18 July 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, met with the State Secretary of the Union State, Dmitry Mezentsev.
In the course of the conversation, the parties exchanged views on topical issues on the Union agenda, including the procedure for financing and implementing programmes and projects of the Union State.
Special attention was paid to the schedule of meetings of the Union State bodies in the second half of 2024, including preparations for and the agenda of the meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, timed to the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State.
During the meeting the State Secretary of the Union State confirmed his readiness to participate in the second high-level international conference on Eurasian security, which take place in Minsk on 31 October - 1 November 2024.
