Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets the delegation of the European Parliament

On July 18, 2017 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, met with the delegation of the European Parliament led by the Chairman of the Delegation of the European Parliament for relations with Belarus, Bogdan Zdrojewski. The European Parliament delegation is on its’ visit to Belarus.

During the meeting, the sides openly discussed the most «sensitive» issues, including Human Rights problematics. The parties exchanged positions on the key issues of interaction of the Republic of Belarus with the European Union and the European Parliament, in particular in political, trade, economic, educational and other spheres. The situation in the region was also considered.
