On the Visit of Belarus Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa Mr.Andrei Molchan to the Kingdom of Lesotho

On August 6 – 7, 2013 Mr.Andrei Molchan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to the Republic of South Africa, visited the Kingdom of Lesotho.
Mr.Andrei Molchan met with the Prime-Minister of Lesotho Mr.Thomas Thabane. During the meeting the parties discussed a wide range of issues concerning the development of bilateral cooperation. The sides considered the issues of establishing diplomatic relations between Belarus and Lesotho, the development of legal framework, political dialogue, trade and economic relations.
The Prime-Minister of Lesotho expressed interest in the interaction with Belarus in agriculture, in particular, in Belarus supplies of agricultural technical equipment, in the sphere of construction, mining, the implementation of infrastructure projects in Lesotho with the participation of Belarus.
Mr.Andrei Molchan held a meeting with the representatives of business circles of Lesotho to discuss joint projects in agriculture, construction and industrial cooperation.
Belarusian Vytsinanka has been inscribed on the UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage
