Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets the Head of the Resident Office of the EBRD

On July 26, 2019 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, met with the Head of the Resident Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Pivovarsky.
The Minister underlined the strategic nature of Belarus’s cooperation with the EBRD, the high level of bilateral contacts with the Bank’s management, and confirmed the support of the Belarusian side to mutually beneficial initiatives in various sectors of the economy.
The sides discussed the state and prospects for Belarus’s cooperation with the EBRD, the progress of key projects, including projects to modernize the infrastructure, attract strategic investors to the Belarusian real sector enterprises and state banks, improve the enterprise management system and increase the investment attractiveness of our country.
