Permanent Representative of Belarus in Geneva Y.Ambrazevich meets the WIPO Director General

On October 10, 2016 the Permanent Representative of Belarus in Geneva, Yury Ambrazevich, met with the Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Francis Gurry. The Director-General of the National Center of Intellectual Property of Belarus, Piotr Brovkin, also participated in the meeting.

During the meeting, the sides signed the Service Level Agreement on the establishment of the WIPO Technology and Innovation Support Centers in Belarus.

The Director-General of the WIPO gave a positive assessment of the cooperation between Belarus and the Organization, and accepted the invitation to visit Minsk in 2018.
