Accreditaion of media for the High Level International Conference “Preventing and Countering Terrorism in the Digital Age” (October 9-10, 2018, Minsk)

On October 9-10, 2018 Minsk will host the High Level International Conference “Preventing and Countering Terrorism in the Digital Age”. The conference is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs accepts documents for accreditation of representatives of foreign media organizations up to and including October 3, 2018.

The applicants need to provide a completed accreditation form, a letter of assignment on official letterhead of a media organization and a photo. The list of documents corresponds to the procedure for obtaining temporary accreditation of representatives of foreign media. More detailed information is available on the Ministry's website in the section “Press Service — Accreditation”.

The accreditation certificate is issued personally to the representative of foreign media in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Department of Information and Digital Diplomacy, Minsk, Lenina str., 19, tel. +(375 17) 327 51 54, fax +(375 17) 210 42 51, e-mail: press@mfa.gov.by, internal number 1412).

Foreign journalists with valid accreditation at the Foreign Ministry as well as representatives of Belarusian media should also send an application per e-mail, indicating passport data and contact information.

Delivery of badges will take place in the lobby of the President Hotel (the venue of the event) on October 9, 2018.
