On May 17, 2016 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, met with the Delegation of Political Directors of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Benelux countries (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands).

During the meeting, state and prospects of Belarus-EU cooperation, as well as the issues of the regional security were discussed.

In the course of the visit, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Alena Kupchyna, also held negotiations with the Benelux Delegation.
