Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets Director General of “Rossiya Segodnya”

On April 6, 2016 Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Makei received Director General of Federal State Unitary Enterprise “International News Agency “Rossiya Segodnya” Dmitry Kiselyov.
During the meeting the sides discussed issues of cooperation on the information space of the Union State of Belarus and Russia, the functioning of the Agency’s correspondent point in the Republic of Belarus, as well as joint activities.
Foreign Minister confirmed the openness of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for cooperation with the representatives of media, including the “MIA ” Rossiya Segodnya”.
D.Kiselyov stressed the interest of the Agency he heads to the coverage of events in the Republic of Belarus, as well as to cooperation with the Belarusian governmental bodies and media, both in the bilateral format and in the context of integration associations.
