On July 7, 2016 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Alena Kupchyna, met with non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Slovenia to the Republic of Belarus, Primož Šeligo.
The parties exchanged their views on current state and prospects of development of the bilateral relations. Summarized the results of the Intergovernmental Belarus-Slovenia Commission on Trade, Economic and Scientific Cooperation which took place on June 23, 2016 in Ljubljana, and discussed issues of the Belarus-EU dialogue.
The sides reaffirmed shared willingness in the ongoing enhancement of political dialogue, economic and investment cooperation, expansion of the legal framework.
