Ambassador of Belarus V.Goshin visits Cambodia

On May 8 – 11, 2018 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (concurrently to the Kingdom of Cambodia), Vladimir Goshin, paid a working visit to Cambodia.

During the visit, the head of the Belarusian diplomatic mission held negotiations with the State Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia (Co-Chairwoman of the Joint Belarusian-Cambodian Committee for Trade and Economic Cooperation), Tekreth Kamrang, and the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, Ouch Borith.

The sides discussed a wide range of issues of bilateral Belarusian-Cambodian cooperation, including cooperation in the international arena, expansion of the bilateral legal framework, measures for strengthening trade, economic, scientific, and humanitarian cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the agreements reached during the Second Session of the Joint Belarusian-Cambodian Committee on Trade and Economic Cooperation, held in Minsk on June 28 – 29, 2017, and the preparation of high-level visits.
