Negotiations between Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus S.Aleinik and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan

On May 15, 2024 in Baku the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Sergei Aleinik, negotiated with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov.

A wide range of issues on the bilateral and multilateral agenda was discussed. Special attention was paid to the development of trade and economic, humanitarian and interparliamentary cooperation.   

The Ministers stressed the importance of expanding and actualising the legal framework of bilateral cooperation. The strategic nature of the relations between the two countries and mutual interest in further strengthening the ties between Minsk and Baku in a wide range of areas were emphasized.
