Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus E.Shestakov participates in the International conference “Business Day of the Republic of Belarus”

On October 11, 2017 Belarusian delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Co-Chair of the Belarusian-Czech Joint Commission for Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, Evgeny Shestakov, participated in the International conference “Business Day of the Republic of Belarus”, organized jointly with the Czech Chamber of Trade and Industry for CIS Countries within the framework of the 59th International Engineering Fair in Brno.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus, Valery Kurdyukov, the Director of the National Center of Legal Information, Evgeny Kovalenko, the Head of the FEZ «Minsk» Administration, Alexander Akhremchik, representatives of Belarusian enterprises presented an economic potential of our country and Belarusian investment projects.

The Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic, Co-Chair of the Belarusian-Czech Joint Commission for Economic, Industrial, Scientific and Technical Cooperation, Jiri Koliba, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Miloslav Stasek, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to the Republic of Belarus, Milan Ekert, representatives of the EGAP Insurance Company and the Czech Export Bank informed the participants about measures of state support for trade and economic cooperation between our countries.

Within the framework of the conference, E.Shestakov and J.Koliba discussed the implementation of joint projects and plans for holding joint events aimed at the development of bilateral relations.
