Ambassador of Belarus V.Velichko participates in the presentation of the report “Audit of Ukraine-Belarus foreign policy”

On June 8, 2016 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to Ukraine, Valentin Velichko took part in the presentation of the analytical research institute of world politics on “Audit of foreign policy: Ukraine-Belarus”.
In his speech, Ambassador of Belarus stressed the importance of this event on the eve of the 25th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Ukraine, V.Velichko, stressed that Belarus and Ukraine are united not only via common border, but also through a long-standing historical ties and Slavic spirituality. The Ambassador of Belarus noted that after the trials of the Great Patriotic War and the Chernobyl disaster, Belarus understands the importance of peace and harmony.
Ambassador of Belarus also characterized the state of Belarusian-Ukrainian cooperation at the present stage.
