Ambassador of Belarus S.Rachkov meets the Assistant Foreign Minister of Egypt

On September 7, 2016 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sergei Rachkov, met with the Assistant Foreign Minister of Egypt for European Affairs, Ihab Nasr.

During the meeting, the sides discussed current state and prospects for the development of Belarusian-Egyptian relations. Particular attention was paid to the extension of cooperation in trade, industry, agriculture, the implementation of mutual projects in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

The Egyptian side expressed interest in setting up joint production of consumer goods in new economic zones of Egypt.
