Belarusian delegation to participate in the negotiations on the accession of the Republic of Belarus to the WTO

On January 23-26, 2017 delegation of the Republic of Belarus headed by the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus, Andrei Yeudachenka, will participate in a round of negotiations on the accession of the Republic of Belarus to the World Trade Organization (WTO).

Belarusian delegation consists of representatives of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Economy, Trade and Antimonopoly Regulation, Finance, Agriculture and Food, Health Care, Justice, the State Standardization Committee, State Customs Committee, the National Center of Intellectual Property and the National Bank.

Prague will also host 8th formal meeting of the Working Group on Belarus' accession to the WTO. Representatives of WTO 46 Member States will take part in the meeting.

During the meeting, members of the WTO together with the Belarusian delegation will consider the foreign trade regime of our country, coordinate plans for future work.

Belarusian delegation intends to hold bilateral meetings with over ten WTO Member States.
