Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Russia

On October 10, 2016 Moscow hosted Consultations between the Heads of the Main Department for Multilateral Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Department for Humanitarian Cooperation and Human Rights, as well as the Department for Work with Compatriots Abroad of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

During the consultations, the parties discussed cooperation in the UN system Human Rights structures (the third committee of the UN General Assembly, the UN Human Rights Council), as well as exchanged opinions on the facilitation of work with compatriots in the third countries.
