Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Czech Republic

On February 27, 2018 Minsk hosted consultations on trade and economic issues between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.

The Belarusian delegation at the consultations was headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Evgeny Shestakov, the Czech delegation was led by the junior Deputy Minister, Head of Economic Policy Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Marek Svoboda.

The parties discussed current issues of bilateral trade and economic, as well as investment cooperation, including extension of interaction between producers of goods and services from both countries.

Specific measures in order to increase mutual trade in goods and services have been identified.
