Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus A.Kupchyna participates in the international conference «Minsk Forum»

On November 24, 2016 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Alena Kupchyna, made a welcoming speech at the opening ceremony of the international conference «Minsk Forum». In the statement addressed to the delegates, A.Kupchyna highlighted the importance of promoting the entire spectrum of relations of Belarus with Germany and the European Union, as well as the need to strengthen regional security.



Minsk hosts the Minsk Forum on November 24-26, 2016 for the first time since 2010.



The forum is organized by the German-Belarusian Society (Germany) in cooperation with the Johannes Rau Minsk International Educational Center and discussion and analytical society «Liberal Club» with the support of the German Foreign Ministry.
