On October 12, 2016 in Vienna the Head of the Department of Information — Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Dmitry Mironchik, met with the acting Head of the Department of Communication and Media Relations of the OSCE Secretariat, Natacha Rajakovic, and the Head of the Office of Public Information and Communication of the Secretariat of the IAEA, Serge Gas.

During the meeting at the Secretariat of the OSCE, the sides discussed prospects for promotion of cooperation in the field of information between Belarus and the Organization, expansion of the amount of information on Belarus in the OSCE information products. The parties also exchanged opinions on ways to improve the efficiency of information support of the meetings of the Trilateral Contact Group on East Ukraine Settlement, as well as its’ working groups.

At the meeting with the Head of the Office of Public Information and Communication of the Secretariat of the IAEA, Serge Gas, the sides discussed issues of cooperation in the field of information, including the expansion of the awareness of the Belarusian audience on the mandate and activity of the Agency, practical issues of the information support of the cooperation between Belarus and the IAEA, as well as the exchange of thematic material.
