Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and the UAE

On October 11, 2016 Minsk hosted second round of political Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the United Arab Emirates.

The Belarusian delegation was headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Valentin Rybakov. The UAE delegation was led by the Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Faris Al Mazrouei.

The participants of Consultations exchanged opinions on some issues on the regional and international agenda.

The sides discussed prospects for development of bilateral cooperation, particularly, intensification of political dialogue, including the exchange of visits, development of bilateral legal framework, trade, economic and investment cooperation, mutual support within the framework of international organizations.
