Ambassador of Belarus P.Pustovoy presented Credentials to the King of Spain Philip VI

On April 11, 2019, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Belarus to Spain, Pavel Pustovoy, presented his Credentials to the King of Spain Philip VI. The ceremony was held in the Royal Palace of Madrid.

After the presentation of credentials, the Spanish monarch met with the Ambassador of Belarus P.Pustovoy. Philip VI noted with satisfaction the high level of Belarusian-Spanish cooperation in various areas, drawing particular attention to the high level of development of the information technology sector in Belarus. The King of Spain emphasized the significant role of Belarus as a guarantor of stability in the Eastern European region, and also gave a positive assessment of the efforts of our country in resolving the situation in the south-east of Ukraine.

P.Pustovoy noted that during his diplomatic mission he would make every effort to intensify the development of relations between Belarus and Spain.
