On September 20, 2016 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Alena Kupchyna, met with the Head of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) Election Observation Mission, Caetana de Zulueta Owtram.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the results of the OSCE observation of recent parliamentary elections in Belarus.
