Valentin Rybakov mentioned that the main task of the states within the framework of the new development agenda will be the actual accomplishment of the goals on the basis of national priorities. At the same time the UN system should be tasked to provide effective assistance to countries in bringing the new agenda to life.

Deputy Foreign Minister informed the participants of the negotiations of the active preparation of Belarus to the adoption and implementation of the new UN agenda, including the development of national sustainable development strategy for the period up to 2030.
