Ambassador of Belarus S.Terentiev meets the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt

On December 22, 2020 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sergei Terentiev, met with the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Egypt, Khalid Abdel Gaffar.
The sides discussed the state of cooperation of Belarus and Egypt in the field of higher education. The interlocutors highly appreciated the development of the academic and scientific cooperation of Cairo, Ain Shams and Kafr El Sheikh Universities with the Belarusian partners – the Belarusian State University, the Belarusian State Medical University and the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, and agreed to promote the further development of the inter-university cooperation of the two countries.
During the meeting S.Terentiev and Kh.Abdel Gaffar also reviewed the schedule of upcoming high-level bilateral visits and events.
