Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets the Ambassador of Pakistan

On June 22, 2018 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Belarus, Leena Salim Moazzam, on the occasion of presentation of Copies of her Credentials.

The parties discussed topical issues of Belarus-Pakistani cooperation in political, trade, economic and cultural spheres and highlighted the need for a significant increase in bilateral trade turnover, as well as for intensification of cooperation in the fields of industry, agriculture, science and education.

In particular the parties talk about the preparation of the events on the bilateral agenda, including the 25th Anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Belarus and Pakistan, which the countries will celebrate in February 2019.
