Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus A.Dapkiunas participates in the CSTO Ministerial Meeting

On June 11, 2018 in Almaty (Republic of Kazakhstan), the Belarusian delegation led by the Deputy Foreign Minister, Andrei Dapkiunas, took part in the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).

At the meeting A.Dapkiunas presented Belarus’ position on topical issues of international and regional security, put forward a number of proposals regarding the ways of improving coordination of activities and developing concerted approaches of CSTO states on the main topics on the international agenda.

As a result of the meeting, the Statement of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CSTO “On the Situation around the INF Treaty” was adopted, and a number of decisions on the activities of the Organization were signed.
