Ambassador of Belarus I.Petrishenko meets the Ambassador of Bahrain to Russia

On September 7, 2017 the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Russian Federation, Igor Petrishenko, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation Ahmed Abdulrahman Mahmoud Ismail Al-Saati.

During the meeting, the Sides exchanged views on the issues of intensification of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade and economic spheres, expansion of the legal framework of bilateral relations.

Background information: Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Kingdom of Bahrain were established on July 1, 1996. In 2016, the volume of bilateral trade amounted to 148.9 thousand US dollars.
