Statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus regarding the Inter-Korean Summit

The Republic of Belarus welcomes the agreements achieved by the President of the Republic of Korea, Moon Jae-in, and the Chairman of the State Council of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Kim Jong-un, during the summit in Pyongyang.
The success of the negotiations was determined by the will of the leaders and nations of both countries to achieve the Inter-Korean de-escalation, ensure stability and peaceful development on the Korean peninsula.
We hope that the results of the negotiations will create a good basis for further expansion of contacts and cooperation between all interested parties.
