Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus V.Makei meets the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia

On December 15, 2020 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Vladimir Makei, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Russian Federation and to the Republic of Belarus non-resident, Abdulrahman S. Al Ahmed, on the occasion of presentation of the copies of his Credentials.

During the meeting, the sides discussed current issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade and economic spheres. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia confirmed mutual interest in promoting the Belarusian-Saudi cooperation. Special attention was paid to the consideration of the exchange of visits of official and business delegations and the holding of the next meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Committee.

V.Makei wished the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia active and fruitful work in the Republic of Belarus.
