Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belarus M.Ryzhenkov meets with the Ambassador of Vietnam

On May 23, 2025 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Maxim Ryzhenkov, met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Republic of Belarus, Nguyen Van Ngu, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in Belarus.

The parties acknowledged the significant development of the Belarusian-Vietnamese relations in recent years, as evidenced by intensification of bilateral contacts, including at the highest level, and enhancement of economic cooperation.

They also discussed the results of the official visit of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Tô Lâm, to Belarus on 11–12 May 2025 and emphasised the importance of the forthcoming joint work to implement the agreements reached during the visit following the strategic partnership established between Belarus and Vietnam.

Maxim Ryzhenkov thanked the Ambassador for his personal contribution to the expansion and strengthening of the traditionally friendly Belarusian-Vietnamese relations.
